Over
the last 12 months I talked to a lot of people in the Sarnia area.
People that know the Snopeks in Sarnia. People that know the Fermins in
Sarnia. I am a Snopek from Sarnia.
Question:
If
your father Dr. Anthony Snopek were still alive what would he think of
you, his biological son exposing his second wife your stepmother Marie
Snopek and her agent / daughter Ilona Vecere Fermin to all this shame?
SnopekSarnia:
My dad Dr.
Anthony Snopek of 1534 Lakeshore Rd Sarnia set his own legacy. He knew what
the consequences would be. He was told. Shame is made by people’s own
actions and lack of actions. I’m just making it public. It is my legal
right and it is my moral obligation to publish my Snopek Sarnia story.
The main purpose is to make Canadians aware of the injustices that go
on in our country. Is my Snopek Sarnia story of an injustice? Is it
shameful? Or is it both? Everyone needs to judge for him or herself.
What
would my dad Dr. Anthony Snopek of 1534 Lakeshore Rd Sarnia think? It seems
that he didn’t care what happens to me as he left me in a very dire
situation. After all it was assumed that he leave a trust fund for me
after his death. He knew that I suffer from (not drug or alcohol
related) issues that prevent me from living a normal life and he knew
that soon I might be out on the street. He was well aware of the
consequences of my destiny and he was well aware that my story, his
legacy would be published.
Perhaps he didn’t care what
happens to his second wife, my stepmother Marie Snopek and her
daughter, my stepsister Ilona Vecere Fermin either. After all, my
father Dr. Anthony Snopek knew - he was told what might happen if he
chooses to leave his moral obligation unfulfilled. Well it’s
unfulfilled and my story will soon be given to a Canadian television
network.
That said let it be known that shortly
before his death my father Dr. Snopek did come to see me but he was
stopped from approaching me by my stepmother, his wife Marie Snopek. It
is possible that knowing he is dying, my dad Dr. Snopek had a “Jesus
moment’ and wanted to set things right with me, his biological son, a
Snopek son suffering from multiple persistent barriers. But maybe my
stepmother Marie Snopek and her daughter Ilona Vecere Fermin living at
their Sarnia Lakeshore Rd mansions didn’t want this to happen. Maybe
Marie Snopek wants every penny (from the millions of dollars that my
father earned) to stay with her and only her and her daughter Ilona.
I
tried to get an answer directly from my stepmother Marie Snopek as to
why my dad came here shortly before his death. I tried to get an answer
from my stepsister Ilona Vecere Fermin. I tried to get an answer via
third parties. From prominent Sarnia religious leaders. Religious
leaders like Reverend Lloyd Murdock of the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church
(Marie Snopek had Reverend Lloyd Murdock hold my father’s memorial)
Third parties like Ilona Vecere Fermin’s friends Dean & Melanie
Holtz. Their kids went to ballet school together. Dean Holtz claims to

Question:
You previously wrote that you tried to directly
communicate with your stepmother Marie Snopek and your stepsister Ilona Vecere
Fermin. Have they directly spoken or communicated with you?
SnopekSarnia:
No.
The closest I came is one time I directly phoned my stepmother Marie
Snopek. As soon as I identified myself Marie Snopek said and I quote
“Your father left you nothing and you’re not getting anything.” After
saying that she hung up the phone. All my letters and emails were
ignored. In fact Marie Snopek and Ilona Vecere Fermin instructed
everyone to totally ignore me. This includes Sarnia area Christian
Religious leaders.
Other than that I had a few complaints from
Ilona Vecere Fermin sent to me – as I am the legal owner of the
SnopekSarnia domains and Ilona Vecere Fermin tried to shut down the
publishing of my story. I don’t think she knew that the complaints come
directly to me until I published one of the actual complaints. I also
had the Sarnia police tell me that a complaint had been filed. Certain
Sarnia Police members understood my rights and advised me to launch a
civil lawsuit against Marie Snopek and my father’s estate.
Question:
Rumour is that Mr. name-censored from the Czech Republic came to your area to… censored
SnopekSarnia:
Anything that
is not a civil matter and is more of a criminal investigation will not
be made public unless charges are laid. I will say this though. These
people didn’t take any precautions and they are not career criminals
that’s for sure. International travel is recorded. Passports are
entered into government computers. Security cameras at Walmart pick up
everyone. My cell phone. That’s all I am allowed to say about
this matter, other than the fact that Mr. name-censored from the Czech
Republic was not alone.
Question:
Are you aware that
Carlos Fermin, the husband of Ilona Vecere Fermin, the father of the
juvenile Ixxxxxxa Fermin recently passed away?
SnopekSarnia:
Yes, I am well
informed on many things. After all I am a Snopek from Sarnia. I am very
sorry for the juvenile’s loss of her father. This just further shows
how uncaring and selfish those two women Marie Snopek and Ilona Vecere
Fermin are. Knowing that Carlos was dying – those two women didn’t try
to contact me to at the very least try to get me to suspend my
public-life-story-telling, at least just until Carlos passing – and
perhaps tell Carlos that they persuaded me to let it be. No they didn’t
– they let Carlos die in unrest. Yes, until his dying breath Carlos Fermin knew... How could anyone rest in peace
with a major family situation left unresolved? All they had to do is tell me why they came and
stopped my father from approaching me. All they had to do is ask me to
suspend my public story telling re my situation. If this doesn’t show
the selfishness of Marie Snopek and Ilona Vecere Fermin - nothing will.
I feel so sorry for the juvenile girl Ixxxxxxa Fermin being a part of
this damned family. Not Goddamned but damned by my father the late Dr.
Anthony Snopek of 1534 Lakeshore Rd Sarnia. Seems my father Dr. Snopek
and my stepmother Marie Snopek damned more than just me. So sad.
Question:
Did your stepmother
Marie Snopek show you your father’s will yet?
SnopekSarnia:
No. Obviously she is keeping something from me. One of my legal advocates told me that in Ontario, if
there is no will, by legal right biological children are entitled to 20 percent
of a father’s possessions. My stepmother Marie Snopek obviously is
aware that I don’t have the financial means to file a statement of claim.
Stepmother Marie Snopek is denying me a single penny from the millions my
father earned. One day all us will have to answer to God. I wonder what my
father Dr. Snopek is telling our creator right now? I wonder if Carlos Fermin is up there
watching my father trying to explain the situation to God? I wonder what Marie
Snopek will have to say when her day comes?
Question:
Isn't that header picture of your dad Dr. Anthony Snopek the same picture that you took down last year because your stepsister Ilona Vecere Fermin threatened you with copyright infringement?
SnopekSarnia:
This
picture was given to me by one of my father’s acquaintance a few days
after my father’s death. If Ilona Vecere Fermin or Marie Snopek want to
lay claim to it – please tell them they need to serve me and I will see
them in court. My stepmother Marie Snopek of Lakeshore Rd Sarnia is a
very well off woman that took every nickel and dime my father ever made
and didn’t leave me one single penny. All while knowing I try to
survive on a $600+ a month government cheque issued only to people that
suffer from multiple persistent barriers.
Now she and her
agent / daughter Ilona Vecere Fermin want to keep a picture of my dad
away from me as well? Please tell them to bring their lawyers and I’ll
bring the media and the cameras. Then both parties will have fresh
pictures of surviving Sarnia Snopek and Fermin members taken outside
the courthouse, outside wherever. Current pictures to share with the
world.
So many more questions to
answer but that’s all for now. More updates will come later. My legal
advocates prepared a statement of claim against the Snopek in Sarnia
estate but unfortunately I cannot file at this time because this case
would cost a lot of money that simply isn’t available at this time.
