I have received numerous concerns, comments and questions re my
situation regarding my late father millionaire Dr Anthony Snopek, his
widow – my stepmother Marie Snopek of 1534 Lakeshore Rd Sarnia and her
daughter – my stepsister Ilona Vecere Fermin also of Lakeshore Rd
Sarnia.
Since the new school year started I received many inquiries from
students @ Northern School in Sarnia. Since students are juveniles I
will not reveal any names from any inquires sent to me that I
publish. If any adults want their names published in the
future I will publish adult names along with inquiries from
adults.
Here we go.
Question:
Mr. Snopek, why aren’t you using your first name at the SnopekSarnia
domain?
SnopekSarnia:
1) Everyone I contacted so far has my full name and anyone I contact in
the future will have my full name.
2) My full name is used to register all my SnopekSarnia domains.
I’m not hiding; I’m opening up in the public more than most people
would ever dare. There is a purpose as to why at the present time I’m
not using my first name at this site. I have volunteer advocates in
many fields. My “Internet advisers” have ways to make the search
engines pop up certain SnopekSarnia pages googling certain names,
locations and phrases. This search engine thing is working exactly as
planned.

Don’t you feel any guilt putting up the SnopekSarnia domain?
SnopekSarnia:
I feel a lot of things like pain and sorrow but guilt is not one of the
feelings I’m experiencing. You should be asking my stepmother Marie
Snopek of 1534 Lakeshore Rd Sarnia living in luxury while I'm on the verge
of becoming homeless if she feels any guilt or shame. You should ask my
stepsister your teacher Ilona Vecere Fermin if she feels any guilt or
shame. There is a purpose as to why I had to put up the SnopekSarnia
domain. Canadians need to be made aware of some of the injustices that
go on in this country.

You mentioned on one of the
SnopekSarnia pages that your stepsister
Northern Collegiate Institute & Vocational School teacher Ilona
Vecere Fermin threatened you with slander, libel and defamation.
SnopekSarnia:
My stepsister Ilona Vecere Fermin of Lakeshore rd Sarnia may be a good
drama arts teacher but she doesn’t seem to know much about the law.
Defamation has two categories. Slander – which is oral. Libel – which
is written. In order to defame someone you must speak or
write a derogatory lie about someone. The key word here is lie. Ilona
Vecere Fermin cannot win a slander lawsuit against me for anything I
written on this SnopekSarnia domain. I can freely speak or
write here or anywhere else anything about my father Dr. Anthony
Snopek, my stepmother Marie Snopek of Lakeshore rd Sarnia or my
stepsister Ilona Vecere Fermin of Lakeshore rd Sarnia – anything that
is accurate and true.
I can write that my father Dr. Anthony Snopek of 1534 Lakeshore rd Sarnia
was an adulterer.
I can write that my father Dr. Anthony Snopek is
directly responsible for some of my issues.
I can write that my father Dr. Anthony Snopek neglected me and mentally
abused me when I was a juvenile.
I can write that my stepmother Marie Snopek of 1534 Lakeshore rd Sarnia is
denying me - stricken in poverty - access to my millionaire father’s
Dr.
Snopek’s will.
I can write that my stepmother Marie Snopek of Lakeshore rd Sarnia is
going to be further shamed for her role.
Ilona Vecere Fermin already tried to stop me from writing this true
stuff about the family. My domain registrar, my server host, my ISP and
my email host all insist that I can write the truth and if anyone tries
to stop me they need to obtain a direct court order. I already
mentioned that I have volunteer Internet advocates; I also have
volunteer legal advocates advising me. I talked to a certain
civil liberties group and they suggested that my free speech about the
family should be vigorously defended.
Question:
Since your millionaire father Dr Snopek of 1534 Lakeshore rd Sarnia was
directly responsible for some of your issues and you are recognized by
the government as someone with multiple barriers and surviving on a
government issued $650 a month cheque, why don’t you take your dad’s
the Snopek in Sarnia 1534 Lakeshore rd estate to court?
SnopekSarnia:
This is pretty complicated. First of all it takes a large amount of
money, which I don’t have. That said there are ways to raise money for
these types of cases. Civil liberty groups sometime volunteer lawyers
and help raise funds. There are GoFundMe type websites that can be used
to raise funds. I realize that a long and expensive civil court trial
does not guarantee a win but I’ve been told that a trial would almost
certainly bring large national media attention to my cause and for that
large national media attention alone a trial could be worth it. Further
discussions with certain advocates and civil liberty groups need to
take place in private.
I was advised not to prematurely talk about this in public but in
Ontario under normal circumstances an adult child that is left nothing
by a thoughtless parent will not win anything in court. However in my
case since I have and all my life had multiple barriers (recognized by
the government) which prevent me from gaining any meaningful employment
– I may be entitled to a fair share of my father’s Dr Snopek’s
1534 Lakeshore rd estate. When my legal advisers see this they may ask me to
pull this question / answer down.
Question:
Have you tried resolving this directly with the family?
SnopekSarnia:
Yes.
I tried going through their church, Lloyd Murdock of the St. Andrew's
Presbyterian Church, Sarnia – he held my dad’s memorial. I explained
some of this at the open letters
and the church pages
of this domain.
I
tried direct email and snail mail contact with Marie Snopek and with
the Fermin Lakeshore rd residence. Al I got in return is the Sarnia
Police getting called to complain about me harassing
them. Interesting fact is that certain members of the Sarnia
Police I spoke with understand my situation and in fact advised me to
seek a civil case attorney and sue Marie Snopek and my dad’s 1534 Lakeshore
rd estate.
Question:
You mentioned that you went to
the Presbyterian Church for help in this
situation and they did not help. Is this really true?
SnopekSarnia:
Yes. Everything I wrote on the SnopekSarnia domain is true. Remember
this site is being watched very carefully for any comments that may be
libelous so I have to be very careful to write only the truth.
In my opinion the Presbyterian Church only caters to the
rich and tends to ignore the poor. Presbyterian Reverends like Lloyd
Murdock of the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Sarnia are very
willing to hold memorials for rich guys like my late millionaire father
Dr. Snopek of 1534 Lakeshore Rd but when it comes to the millionaire
offspring stricken in poverty (me) all bets are off for any help.
Again, don’t take my word write
him directly.
Did you know that billionaire Donald Trump claims to be Presbyterian?
The man claims he's never sought forgiveness for his sins. In this way
Donald Trump reminds me of my father although that’s were the
similarities stop because Donald Trump never stopped carrying or
providing for his children, even after he got divorced.
My dad Dr A K Snopek on the other hand started committing adultery and
transgressed into a spineless heartless monster when it came to caring
for his son, me.

Why is there no mention of Ilona’s daughter Ixxxxxxa on the
SnopekSarnia domain?
SnopekSarnia:
She is just an innocent juvenile and as long as she is a juvenile I
shall protect her privacy.
I know there are a lot more questions that I didn’t address
at this time. I will write more stuff later , including some of my
barriers and some stuff regarding Marie Snopek and Ilona Vecere Fermin.
