I understand that you two gentlemen are the agents responsible for showing and selling my late father’s mansion located at 1534 Lakeshore Rd Sarnia. Please be advised that due to this property's reputaion there is a lot of negative publicity associated with this property. Furthermore there may be lawsuits launched at any time.
It is your responsibility to warn any potential buyers about this. Any buyer that has not before hand learned of this will know as soon as they take possession of the property. I will personally let them know that I contacted the two of you and told you this. I will show them this (time stamped) email.
This isn’t anything personal against the two of you – in fact I sincerely apologize to the both of you for being put in this situation.
As partial ownership rights of this property may be in front of the courts at any time I may ask the courts in a preemptive move that you immediately cease and desist showing any images or the property itself.
If your Sarnia client wishes to take me to court – they know how to get a hold of me. Be aware that I may post in whole or in part any of this letter on my domains over here.
