Deelstra and D'odorico Unethical Sarnia Real Estate Agents Spring 2019 Do not deal with Remax Sarnia agents Nathaniel Deelstra and Matthew D'odorico. These guys only care about taking your cash as quick as possible. I have not yet received my father’s Dr. Snopek’s will and already Deelstra and D'odorico talked my stepmother into putting the Snopek Sarnia property at 1534 Lakeshore Rd on the market. Sarnia Remax real estate agents Deelstra and D'odorico have no ethics at all. Avoid dealing with them at all costs. Avoid looking at any of their listings especially 1534 Lakeshore road Sarnia as this property may be before the courts at any time. See the property here I am the son of the late Dr. Snopek and the stepson of Marie Snopek of 1534 Lakeshore road. I am stepbrother of Ilona Vecere Fermin. Ilona owns the property next door at 1530 Lakeshore road and beware these are the only two properties 1530 and 1534 Lakeshore road that share a driveway. I am a Person with Persistent Multiple Barriers surviving on a government issued $700 cheque and at any time there may be further legal disputes between my millionare relatives, the 1534 Lakeshore rd property and myself.
